I have created this blog in order to get a better understanding of Constitutional Law as taught to first year law students. I will be posting my notes mostly dealing with the issue of Equal Protection and Due Process.
This blog's secondary goal is to fulfill the Alternative Assessment Project Requirements of Professor Olympia Duhart's Winter 2009 Section 2 Constitutional Law Class (LAW 0625) at the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad School of Law.
